earth, air, water, fire

Yes, i also think that it is funny that i havent posted on my blog in almost a month and now all of a sudden i post three times within 8 hours.

okay so now that is over with, i want to talk about my yoga classes. :)

this evening i taught three yoga classes in a row, which in this weather i thought was going to kill me. they didnt though, in fact i would almost dare to say they gave me energy. something happened to me this weekend, i feel like it must have been the weather. the stunning thunder and lightening storm on saturday, my bike ride and savasana under the stars on sunday. mother nature infused me with some of her radiance. i felt like today i really came into myself as a yoga instructor, or began the process at least. i taught a gentle vinyasa class, where we all just listened, shhh........., quietly, to what our body was saying. woah. it was cool. right away after the class was over, i got positive affirmation from the students. i am not bragging, just saying that there was a force that wasnt me working and the students noticed it too. after that it was like my tongue was uncorked and words came flowing from my mouth. my second class, a hatha class, was payed homage to the elements. earth, water, fire, air. i didnt mention eather it would have been too difficult to explain. again the whole class connected with what i was saying, they really seemed to get the concepts, related through our asana, to the different elements. another interesting fact, the second and third class that i taught students from the previous class stayed for a double, two classes in a row!

all and all it was really a cool experience. i am excited for tomorrow and what other exciting things are going to happen. that is all i wanted to say, time for a cold shower and then bed, maybe i will be able to sleep through the night, it is very hot out right now.
